Who We Are
Miller & Miller Law Group is proud to carry forward a legacy of three generations of attorneys, offering comprehensive estate planning and elder law services to families in Brooklyn and beyond. Beginning with Ernest Miller, followed by Ira Miller, and now led by Daniel Miller, our firm continues to uphold the family tradition of compassionate, client-centered legal guidance.
Our Mission
We believe that estate planning is about more than just drafting documents—it’s about building relationships and ensuring your family’s future is secure. Our mission is to empower families to protect their assets and legacy through personalized legal services that evolve as life changes.
Our Approach
At Miller & Miller Law Group, we take a different approach to estate planning and elder law. Many firms take a transactional approach—they meet with you, create your documents, and then disappear, leaving you to navigate any changes in your life or law on your own. At our firm, we believe this is not enough. An estate plan is a living document that needs to grow and evolve with your life.
We get to know you and your family on a personal level. Our goal is not just to create documents and walk away; we work with you over the years to make sure your plan remains relevant and effective. As life changes—whether it’s a new grandchild, the purchase of a new home, or shifts in your financial situation—your estate plan should change with it.
